Body odour is an unpleasant smell which usually emanates from the skin as a result of hygiene problem, skin problem and some rare genetic conditions. 2. Bath regularly or treat the bacteria.
Below are some steps to help deal with body odour:
1. Shave often: hair growing in the armpit becomes swampy when sweaty which is a great medium to breed bacteria which acts on fatty acid to release odour. Shave regularly and make that your 1st step on becoming more hygienic.
2. Wash regularly: do you really expect to put on your underwear for 5 days without changing them? Even if your body don’t smell, your undies will be a deciding factor in your body odour. Change your undies regularly and wash them.
3. Use deodorant: aside from the good smell deodorants possess, it makes your armpit acidic which is not suitable for bacteria to grow. Though, at times you don’t perceive it, it is because it is fighting a greater battle to overcome the body odour generated by your skin.
4. Watch your food: some foods and spices aid in the odour formation of the body. Foods such as garlic, onions, curry, and other strong and other offensive spices should be avoided or greatly reduced.
5. Wear comfortable cloths: don’t wear sweat pants and synthetic clothing materials and still wonder why you are oozing. Wear clothes that allow for free flow of air in and out of your body. Cotton materials is the recommended cloth for you to put on.
Following those steps above would go a long way in helping you deal with body odour
